These folks are busy saving lives, one plumbing issue at a time. I've used them for my business and home emergency plumbing needs and I'm grateful for their work. They've saved me through clogged toilets, burst pipes, clogged sinks, you name it, through many years. They're busy, because they're good. Be patient. Call back if you need to, but be patient! It's hard to find good help, and These guys are unsung blue collar heroes.

Chris and his team came out immediately to replace a water heater for our rental house on the same day. Great communication, great service. Highly recommend CR Plumbing.

do not recommend this guy this guy is cheater call him to fix leak on water filter system he came out he could not fix it so i gave him parts no and web where to order that part was only $5.38 after he got parts he came here and install it in less than 5 min. before he fix we did keep ask him how much is charge and he was keep saying he don't know. when final bill arrived he came up with $ 1000 bill for $ 5 parts he has charge me $ 1000 do not recommend this guy. will never call him ever

I can't say enough about how great Mike Smallwood is of C&R Plumbing! He saved me about $10-15k in costs by correctly diagnosing the plumbing problem I had, after 3 other plumbers got it wrong. He convinced me not to take their word for it and invest in a little more detective work, and boy am I glad I did! Mike is honest and trustworthy, and has decades of experience. Highly recommended!

They came and installed a new faucet head and in the process disconnected the cold water. How?? And when the family calls to ask them to come back and fix it they have dodged our calls.

The plumber came out and did exactly what I'd already done, called the number on the water heater for help. After being charged $100 for him to not figure anything out I found out the only issue was a sticker covering the temperature controls. Do not recommend.

1, They did not show up for 8am appointment(assuming the first appointment for today) until we called them why they are not here. And they asked our address which we already gave them 3 days ago. Yellow flag #1. 2, They did not introduce themselves when they finally showed up, and they were not wearing masks to visit our house during this COVID-19 pandemic. Red flag #1 2, Pricing was not clear. Their "boss" said it would cost us $200 to $300 and of course the final price was $300 for just changing some washers/o-rings. And I found out my neighbor who called them today as well for toilet issue (remove the toilet and Roto-Rooter because someone had flushed a rag into the toilet. ) also got charged for $300. How that even this pricing possible??? Huge red flag #2 We will call them for any issue never again.

C & R Plumbing is the best company in the metro Atlanta area, It has served thousands of customers since the 1962's. This company has done a lot of plumbing for me. The owner has a lot of knowledge in the plumbing industry, and he communicates very well with his customers before, during, and after the job is complete. Best Company around, will use this company every time.
